Rollout were thrilled to be awarded ‘Highly Commended’ for THE RETAIL RISK MANAGEMENT BEST NEWCOMER category when the team attended the Australian Fraud Awards 2024 recently. Rollout Director Peter Berg proudly accepted the award, along with Jonathan Mills and Dean Willemsen supporting the win on either side. This recognition is a testament to the Rollout Team’s dedication to customer service, innovation and an outstanding collaboration with Coles and our Contract Partners.
The featured Coles Loss Prevention Project delivered leading edge technology to the Australian market that required the installation of new Security Egress Gates into 180 stores during a 6 week period prior to Xmas 2023. Rollout welcomed the challenge, efficiently mobilising teams to install 30 stores per week nationwide whilst collaborating with key stakeholders, Coles IT, Property, Supply Chain and Operation Teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal store disruption.
