Woolworths Fresh Fruit and Veg Upgrade

To enhance Woolworths commitment to fresh produce, ROLLOUT were engaged to undertake the complete upgrade of the fresh department shelving over 18 month program, with complete PMO services provided including Audit, Design, Approval, Logistics & Installation services.

BIG W Cartology Screen Rollout

When media manager Cartology needed to achieve an expedited program to install digital screens across the entire Big W fleet, ROLLOUT were engaged to execute, achieving the tight time frames, safely and with minimal disruption to operations.

ALDI Refresh

Our engagement to complete the entire strip out and refurbishment of the ALDI fleet across NSW and QLD saw store closures reduce from 18 days to 10 days, proving the ageing ALDI fleet with the much needed lift to continue to service local communities.
